User Agreement

Moscow, effective date: June 4, 2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — Agreement) regulates the relationship between FMA LOGISTICS LLC (INN 7728746365, PSRN 1107746676949, address: office 2, 14 Fruktovaya St., Moscow, 117556, Russia) (hereinafter — Administration) and the user of the website https://fma-log.ru (hereinafter — User).

1.2. By using the website, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration provides the User with access to information and functionality of the website https://fma-log.ru.

3. Rights and Obligations of the User

3.1. The User undertakes to:

• not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• not post prohibited content on the website;
• not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website;
• provide accurate information when filling out forms.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials on the website (texts, images, logos, design) belong to the Administration or copyright holders. Use without permission is prohibited.

5. Personal Data Processing

5.1. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Consent to Personal Data Processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Administration is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the website due to reasons beyond its control.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Agreement may be changed by the Administration. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication at: https://fma-log.ru/en/agreement.php.

7.2. Applicable law — the law of the Russian Federation.
